What is womb healing, and who is it for?

Womb healing is a slow, sovereign, trauma-informed process of reconfiguring safety in the body .... particularly in the pelvic bowl, where women have long carried grief, trauma and inherited pain. It is for the woman ready to come home to her own body, her sensuality, her creative power. There is nothing wrong with you. Nothing is imposed. Your body sets the pace.

Can I work with Louise online, from another country?

Yes. Louise holds sessions online for women across the UK, USA, Europe, Japan and worldwide. Energy work, mentorship, womb healing journeys and closing of the bones can all be woven remotely with the same depth and precision as in person. In-person sessions are held in Chelmsford, Essex.

How is your work trauma-informed?

Nothing happens until your body says yes. Consent is ongoing, not one-time. Your nervous system sets the pace. There is no pushing, no chasing pain, no requirement to tell your story. Louise holds the field with twenty-five years of experience .... you lead the unfolding.

How is womb healing different from massage or reiki?

Massage works with muscle. Reiki works with energy. Womb healing at Soul144 weaves fascial listening, energetic healing, ancestral clearing and intuitive somatic bodywork into one continuous practice, held with reverence around the pelvic bowl .... the seat of feminine energetic mastery.
