I'm Louise, founder of Soul 144. With over 20 years of experience working with women, my practice brings together therapeutic bodywork, womb-focused massage, Reiki, intuitive energy work and deeper soul healing.

My work spans physical treatments, feminine healing, individual spiritual journeys and personalised ceremonies to honour life's significant transitions.

Each offering has its own focus, guided by the needs of the individual and the nature of the work.

My approach is grounded in experience, informed by professional training and shaped by an intuitive understanding of the relationship between the body, our lived experiences and our inner world.
