When we work with energy, we can sometimes access layers of awareness beyond the everyday mind.

During an energy healing session, memories, images, sensations or experiences may arise that feel connected to past lives, ancestral lineage or other aspects of the soul’s journey.

These experiences are not something that needs to be forced, interpreted literally or believed in advance. They can be explored gently and intuitively, with curiosity and discernment, allowing whatever emerges to offer insight into what is asking to be understood, healed or integrated in the present.
