Tradtionally a post natal ceremony for new mothers to re align the pelvis and internal organs after birthing.  This ceremony marks a rite of passage, to celebrate the transition from one way of being to another.  This ceremony can be shared one to one or in a group setting, with family or friends.

Using rebozzos (traditional scarves) the body is gently rocked and then wrapped, gentle music or words are shared, shamanic drumming and blessings given.  Hands on massage and energy healing soothe and realign.

I ve found this ceremony to be immensly benefical for those who have experienced trauma and looking for a way to soothe the nervous system.  This ceremony allows for the space to journey within, recovering those fragmented parts of ourselves, caught up in past or current timelines, healing these aspects and coming fully back into an embodied state.  

Combining this experince with a guided meditation and hypnosis, creates a wonderful space for this deep and life changing work.
